सरकार जून 2021 के बाद ही डीए पर अहम फैसला ले सकती है। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि अप्रैल में लिया गया फैसला इस डेट तक ही लागू है। अगर सरकार डीए पर राहत भरा फैसला लेती है तो इससे 50 लाख से ज्यादा कर्मचारियों और 65 लाख ले ज्यादा पेंशनर्स को सीधा फायदा पहुंचेगा।

दरअसल साल में दो बार महंगाई भत्ते में बढ़ोत्तरी होती है पर इसबार डेढ़ साल (जून 2021) तक कोई बढ़ोत्तरी नहीं होगी। महंगाई भत्ता महंगाई बढ़ने के बाद कर्मचारियों के रहन सहन के स्तर पर प्रभाव न हो इस वजह से दिया जाता है।

डीए पर निराशा के बाद कर्मचारियों को इस साल दिवाली के मौके पर सरकार ने बोनस जारी किया था। करीब 30 लाख नॉन गैजेस्टेड कर्मचारियों को इसका फायदा दिया गया था।

केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के लिए आने वाला साल खुशखबरी लेकर आ सकता है। जानकारी के अनुसाल साल 2021 में केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को ज्यादा वेतन मिल सकता है। यह सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों के आधार पर किया जा रहा है। बता दें कि कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान आर्थिक गतिविधियों के बाधित हो जाने की वजह से इस साल केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को मिलने वाले महंगाई भत्ते पर रोक लगा दी गई थी।

वैसे केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों को महंगाई भत्ता 21 फीसदी के हिसाब से मिलता है, लेकिन फिलहाल यह 17 फीसदी मिल रहा है। केंद्र सरकार ने यह व्यवस्था जून 2021 तक के लिए की है। माना जा रहा है कि जून 2021 के बाद सरकार महंगाई भत्ते पर राहत दे सकती है। ऐसा होता है तो वेतन और पेंशन, दोनों बढ़कर मिलेंगे। बता दें कि केंद्र सरकार एक जनवरी और एक जुलाई को महंगाई भत्ते में बढ़ोतरी करती है।

इस प्रतिबंध का सीधा असर 50 लाख से ज्यादा कर्मचारियों और 55 लाख से ज्यादा पेंशनरों पर पड़ रहा है। बता दें कि कैबिनेट ने इस साल जनवरी में महंगाई भत्ते में चार फीसदी बढ़ोतरी की थी। उल्लेखनीय है कि सामान्य तौर पर केंद्र सरकार कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी की भरपाई के लिए महंगाई भत्ते में साल में दो बार बदलाव करती है। सरकार ने मंत्रियों, प्रधानमंत्री, राष्ट्रपति और सांसदों के वेतन में भी 30 फीसदी कटौती की थी।

●To all the students enrolled in all the schools / institutions covered under the mid-day meal scheme of the new academic year 2020-21 September-2020 for the period of 3 school days from the beginning of Diwali vacation from 1/02/2030 to 9/102030. The state government has decided to provide school food security allowance for days. (A copy is included). As per the above resolution, every student in the state has to be given the following food security allowance.

Std. 1 to 8 Total 50,6,8 Thus shown in the introduction (3) of the education department. By strictly following the details given in the resolution of 19/12/2050 and all the guiding instructions given in it, new academic year for a total of 5 school days for the period of HOME LEARNING from 1/09/2030 to 9/102030. Distribution and cooking of food security allowances to students registered in the school for -21

This is to ensure timely completion of the required procedure for regular payment of the cost amount.

Date of Education Department As per the condition of Resolution No. 12/12/2050: -Mabhay / 1020 / GOI-5R, the amount of cooking cost fixed by the school headmaster / teacher SMC for food security allowance has to be deposited in the bank account of the student / guardian.

As well as keeping in view the local circumstances, keeping the social distance strictly as per the guidelines of the Government, the Deputy Collector (Mabho.Yo.) and the District Primary Education Officer will have to complete the distribution of foodgrains through the local school teachers and the honorary salary holders of the mid-day meal center.

(1) All the registered students of the primary school where the mid-day meal scheme is being implemented will have to send the daily report on the distribution of foodgrains on a daily basis and the latest details of the amount paid for the cooking cost in the prescribed form to the email here. As well as the amount of foodgrains distributed daily and the amount deposited in the bank account of the student / guardian will have to be given in the prescribed specimen form shown here on Google Drive at the email address here.

(3) Accounts at school and taluka / district level shall be kept up to date for the purpose of audit.

(4) As per the procedure prescribed at the district level for distribution of foodgrains, distribution of foodgrains from the quantity of foodgrains allotted in the third and fourth quarters of the year 2020-21 to the Government of India for the mid-day meal scheme shall be completed within the time limit.

(3) The school level shall ensure that no student is deprived of Food Security Allowance. And Mamlatdar Shri Deputy Collector (M.B.Yo.) and District Primary Education Officer will have to monitor this. If more than the allotted quantity of grain is required for distribution, the quantity can be obtained from the allotment of the third and fourth quarters.

(2) To maintain social distance strictly and to follow the instructions of the health department. To call only the parents in the school.

(3) In addition, as per the provisions of National Food Security Act 2016 and Mid-day Meal Scheme Rules-2016, this work has to be completed within the time limit, the district / taluka office has to supervise this matter. And each according to the prescribed inspection sample
